Account Issues
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of our website. Then select "Create Account" and follow the instructions to set up your profile.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, click on "Sign In," then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my account information?
Once signed in, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Account Settings." From there, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage your addresses.
Order Information
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. There, you'll find all your orders and their current status.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, log into your account, go to "Order History," select the order containing the item you wish to return, and click "Return Items." Follow the instructions to complete the return process.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 2-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
