Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Please note that final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label (if eligible)
  5. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  6. Attach the return shipping label to the package
  7. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

For faster service, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
